Silk Flag Painting

Recently, the Women of Destiny were privileged to have Marion Morgan teach them how to paint silk flags.  The ladies painted seven flags to use during worship in the church.

Now the flags need to be treated and prepared for sewing.  There is still much work to be done as most of the time it takes to make a silk flag is spent in preparation and finishing.

Cutting Edge Faith Conference - Pastor Jenny Quayle

"Be prepared to stand in this move of My glory."

Prior to the "Cutting Edge Faith" Conference, the Lord was powerfully revealing, by His Spirit through Apostle Carol, His Heart and His Will in these days for His Apostolic Church.

The Lord had been speaking about the need for a deeper level of repentance, led by His Spirit.  "Deep Calls to Deep".  Repentance was a Gift from God to His true church.  In order to move in "cutting edge faith", we are to move in the Faith of God, and not just the faith in God.  He wants a fresh circumcision of our hearts, and the heart of His Body, the Church.

Apostle Carol shared the vision she was given from the Lord, which 'birthed' the invitation for Apostle Jeff Johns and Prophet Johnnie Beard to come and speak on "Cutting Edge Faith".  I was impacted initially by the comparison made between Niagara Falls and the Victoria Falls.  It was the Victoria Falls which Apostle Carol saw, which are higher than Niagara Falls.  We are spiritually to not only come up higher in the Presence of God, and not fear being on the edge, but also to go deeper.

Apostle Carol also had a dream about "white fire" and intense white lightning.  The 'white fire' represented a call to purity and righteousness; and the 'white lightning' represented His breakthrough in the heavenlies against the ruling principalities and powers over this Ministry, and the area, in answer to the sustained prayers and intercession of the few.  Apostle Jeff referred to this as being so during the Conference.

Secondly,  I was impacted by the Word of the Lord, which accompanied the dream "Be prepared to stand in this move of My glory."  This so spoke to my heart and confirmed some of what He has been speaking to me personally.  We are not to fear going deeper in Him, but are to allow Him to prepare us to stand in His Glory by learning to abide in His rest ....."My grace is sufficient"....... 2 Cor.12:9.

In the midst of all the awesome teaching from Apostle Jeff on Nehemiah and Prophet Johnnie, on the Book of Ruth,  the Lord so confirmed all He had been saying prophetically to the House in preparation, and in His building of this Apostolic Center JJCM.  Praise God for Your Apostles and Prophets who hear Your Word, and know Your heart, Lord!

Cutting Edge Faith Conference

"Let us stand in this powerful move of God by resting in His grace."

We just had another life changing visitation of God here at JJCM during our annual conference with Apostle Jeff Johns and Prophet Johnnie Beard from White Horse Christian Center.  For me personally, it has been a time of healing and transformation.  As the title implies, God has been cutting away more from us what is not of Him, and causing us to walk more in the Spirit.

Our Apostle, Pastor Carol had a vision of a mighty water fall with a place at the top edge of the falls where people were safe and would not be swept over the edge. (See top picture)  This is the place of Cutting Edge Faith: hidden in Christ and therefore able to stand in this powerful move of God.  Such a place does exist in the natural.  It is called Victoria Falls and is located on the Zambezi River in Southern Africa.  The Lord confirmed through Pastors Jeff and Pastor Johnnie what the Lord has been saying to us here at JJCM.

The first night after Pastor Carol shared the vision for this conference, Pastor Jeff Johns spoke about how this year we are going to see multiple harvests in the body of Christ.  We need to allow the Holy Spirit to prepare us for this prosperity.  We must not allow anger, envy or jealousy to enter our hearts as we see others prospering; rather we need to celebrate each other's victories with purity and sincerity of heart.  This is not the time to wrongly judge, criticize and tear each other down.

The second night, Pastor Jeff Johns spoke about faith.  Faith is for right now.  Faith comes from God and it is to be used / put into action.  We need to wrap our faith around God's Word and then we will see the things in glory become tangible; the Word of God coming to pass!  Pastor Jeff spoke about how there is a difference between faith and our own presumption.  He used the story of the sons of Zebedee (Mark 10:35-45) and the blind man Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46-52) to illustrate this truth.

The last day of the conference, for two services, Pastor Jeff preached on Nehemiah.  The Lord gave us many practical keys and strategies for ministry and getting things accomplished in the Kingdom.  I encourage you to do an in-depth study of all the steps Nehemiah took in ch. 1-3 to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.  Nehemiah was a man of action with a God-plan!

During the last service, Pastor Johnnie Beard shared from the book of Ruth.  How did a Moabite woman become the great grandmother of King David?  Naomi had to move back to where she shouldn't have left in the first place.  She had to re-position herself to be promoted.

Of course, this is only a little taste of all the Lord spoke to us during this time; there is so much more!  We were encouraged to take notes and meditate on them later to allow the Word to take deeper root in us.  It is also good to review during your fellowship time.  More can be gleaned by hearing what a fellow believer learned; you can get filled in on what you missed while you were in the bathroom or chasing your kids down the hall.

Praise the Lord for all He has done and all of our prayers He has answered.  I can't even imagine all the things in the near future He is going to do in, through and for us as we walk in this Cutting Edge Faith.  Glory to Jesus!
